We can do any or all of the services offered from rent collection to weekly walkthroughs, common area cleaning, landscaping, and yard maintenance to snow removal and ice treatments.

 

General repairs, cleaning, painting are billed at $35 hr. plus material.

 

Plumbing, heating and electrical work always at competitive prices.

 

Clogged toilets and drains, we get the call and take care of business.

 

Any service call or repair over a predetermined amount we contact you for approval.

New Tenant Leasing Fee:      
 

We Will:

 

Advertise to find the right tenant.

 

Do a comprehensive screening process.

 

Coordinate showing times.

Verify employment, income and background checks.

 

Sign new lease and set up required escrow bank account for Security Deposit.

 

This fee is 50% of first months rent. We will guarantee that tenancy for six months,

if the tenant leaves in the six month period we will re-lease at no charge.
